Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup parsley
1/8 cup cilantro
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
2 cucumbers
Directions:
Peel, seed, and shred cucumbers. Combine with remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover and chill for 2-4 hours
serve chilled
