Ingredients:
3 avocados
1 red onion, minced
1 red bell pepper, chopped finely
1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped finely
1 green bell pepper, chopped finely
1 small hot pepper or Habanero pepper, minced
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 lime, juiced
Directions:
In a medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
