Ingredients:
1 large box sugar free Jell-O
1 box Silken Tofu (soft or firm)
1 Tbl lemon juice


Directions:
Make any flavor Jell-o according to directions. Once Jell-o is set, blend Jell-o, Tofu and lemon juice in blender. Makes about 5 smoothies and are about 1 gram per smoothie. Makes an excellent dessert with whipped cream.
