Low Carb Recipes>Banana Pineapple Yogurt Shake Recipe


Ingredients:
1 medium banana, peeled, sliced and frozen in freezer container or bag
1 (8-ounce) carton plain nonfat yogurt
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained (juice pack)
2 packets Equal sweetener or 3/4 teaspoon Equal for Recipes
1 cup ice cubes


Directions:
In a blender container combine all ingredients except ice. Blend till smooth. With the blender running, add ice cubes one at a time through opening in lid, blending till slushy. Pour into glasses. Makes 4 (7-ounce) servings.
