Ingredients:
1 pint sour cream
2 scallions, chopped
2 tbl bacon bits *
1/2 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix
Directions:
Mix dip mix (be sure to use only 1/2 the pkg.) into the sour cream add the chopped scallions, reserving a small portion for garnish. Serve dip in a flat bowl and sprinkle bacon bits and reserved scallions on top. Serve with pork rinds and celery sticks.
Be sure to use REAL bacon bits and not the artificial "salad topper" variety.
Makes 16 Servings. 1.6 carbs per serving.
