Ingredients:
1 cup Whey Protein Isolate
1 cup soy flour
3 tbl baking powder
1 tsp salt


Directions:
Sift everything together three times. Use as you would the Atkins or GNC bake mix. Per Serving: 49 Calories 2 Fat Grams 5 Carbs
