Ingredients:
2 cups almond meal -- flour
1 cup macadamia nuts -- ground
1 cup Atkins Bake Mix
1 cup soy protein Isolate
1/2 cup hazelnuts -- ground
Directions:
I find this works well for making crust on cheesecakes, as well as makes a lighter baking flour for muffin & cupcake recipes. Adding the protein powder, baking mix and nut flours helps to increase the bulk of flour and lower the cost of using each product.
70 carbs (fiber has been subtracted) for this entire recipe. So this would be 12.7 carbs per cup.
