Directions:
Put in a blender, about 1-1/2 cups ice, 2 scoops Atkins chocolate shake mix (dry kind), 2 or 3 tbl. half & half, 1 packet of Splenda, 8 or so ounces of coffee.
Blend to desired consistency. You may have to adjust liquid ingredients and ice to get the consistency that you like. Yummy Yummy! Great afternoon lift and filling.
Roughly 8-10 carbs per serving, depending on how much half & half you use.
