Ingredients:
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup prepared coffee
2 scoops EAS chocolate whey protein powder (provided in container. 2 scoops = 1 serving)
1 scoop roasted almonds (use same scoop as above)
3 or 4 packs of sweet-n-low (or similar artificial sweetener)
1 cup ice


Directions:
Add all the ingredients in a blender on the ice crusher speed. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. The protein powder serving can be doubled for a sweeter taste, but it will increase carb count by 4 grams. Makes about 16-20 ounces.
Total carbohydrate 13 grams
