Ingredients:
3/4 cup bacon drippings, room temperature
5 whole eggs, room temperature
2 cups ground almonds
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1-1/2 tbl light cream
1/2 tsp oregano
Directions:
Beat bacon drippings with eggs, adding one at a time, beating after each. Mix almond flour with baking powder and add to egg mixture a little at a time while beating. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350°F-180°C for 50-55 minutes or until dry in centre (toothpick test). Or make in muffin tin, 25-30 mins.
