Ingredients:
2 cups almond meal -- flour
4 oz butter -- 120 gr softened
1/2 cup splenda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Form dough into walnut-sized balls and place onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300°F-150°C for 5 minutes. Press down lightly with fork, then continue to bake for another 15 minutes. Let cool.
