Ingredients:
1 to 2 pounds stew beef, cut in 1-inch cubes
1 large onion, chopped
1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
3 tomato paste cans water
mushrooms, chopped (optional)
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbs. paprika
Directions:
Place all ingredients in the crockpot. Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hour; reduce heat to LOW and cook for 6 to 8 hours longer.
