Crockpot Recipes>Beef Kabob RecipeIngredients: 1 lb. beef sirloin, cut into 1/4 inch strips 1 lg. onion, cut into 1/4 inch strips 1 lg. bell pepper, cut into 1/4 inch strips 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Italian Style Stewed tomatoes 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste Garlic powder, to taste Onion powder, to taste Worcestershire sauce Directions: Place beef in crockpot and season with garlic powder, onion powder and Worcestershire sauce. Add onion, bell pepper, stewed tomatoes and tomato paste. Mix well. Cook on low between 8 and 10 hours, stirring every 2 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
