Cream Cheese Recipes>Individual Cream Cheese Cakes RecipeIngredients: 3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese (cream real well) 5 eggs, add one at a time Add: 1 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla Directions: Beat real well. Fill cup cake liners (use "midget" foil baking cups) 3/4 full. Bake in 300 oven for 40 minutes. Remove from oven. Leave oven on. Watch for small indentation in cake. Fill each one with about 1 teaspoon of the following. 1/2 pt. = 1 c. sour cream 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. vanilla Beat real well. Return to oven for 6 minutes. Remove from oven and place 1/2 cherry or 1/2 walnut on each cake. Makes about 48 cakes.
