Ingredients:
6 oz. soft cream cheese
1/2 tsp. red food coloring
1 c. sugar
3 squares unsweetened chocolate,
melted
2 eggs
2 c. sifted cake flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Fluffy Brown Sugar Frosting

Directions:
Cream the cheese, food coloring and sugar. Blend in cooled chocolate. Add eggs; beat well. Add sifted flour, soda and salt alternately with water; beat until smooth. Add vanilla. Pour into two 8-inch layer pans, lined on bottom with paper. Bake in moderate 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Cool; frost.
