Cream Cheese Recipes>Cream Cheese Delights RecipeIngredients: 1/2 lb. cream cheese 1/2 lb. sweet butter 1 1/2 c. all-purpose sifted flour 1 sm. jar of preserves Directions: Soften cream cheese and butter and blend together. Mix thoroughly. Add flour and mix well. Knead a few minutes. Roll out a small amount at a time, cut into 2 inch squares. Put a small amount of preserves in center. Pinch ends together. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Yield: 3 dozen. "Bet you can't eat just one!"
