Cream Cheese Recipes>Cream Cheese Cups Recipe


Ingredients:
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. walnut pieces


Directions:
Blend cream cheese and butter with flour. Refrigerate until you make filling. Mix brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, melted butter. Stir in walnut pieces. Form dough in small cups. Add 1 teaspoon filling. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan. Makes 48.
