Ingredients:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. yellow or Devil's Food cake mix
1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 egg
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Using mixer, cream the cheese and butter until smooth. Next blend egg and vanilla into mixture. Then add cake mix 1/3 at a time. Do the last 1/3 by hand. Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for about 6 or 7 minutes.
