Ingredients:
1 pkg. fudge cake mix
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs, divided
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg and oil until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup for topping. Pack remaining crumb mixture into ungreased 9x13 pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Beat cheese, sugar and 1 egg until light and smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 15 minutes longer at 350 degrees. Cool before cutting.
