Ingredients:
1/2 cup shortening
1 1/3 cups light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1−1/2 cups self−rising flour
1 cup crushed corn flakes
1−1/2 cups chopped pecans
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Cream together shortening, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients and mix well. Roll into 2 inch balls bake at 350F for
about 9−11 minutes.
