Ingredients:
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 green onion, chopped
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 slice bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions:
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, onion, butter, salt and pepper. Pour into a shallow 3-cup baking
dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Bake, uncovered, at
400° for 12-15 minutes or until eggs are set.
