Ingredients:
2 cups Teriyaki Soy Sauce
1 cup Pineapple Juice
1 cup 7-Up
˝ cup lemon juice
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. ground black pepper
1 package thick bamboo sticks
3-5 lbs. pork rump
Directions:
Soak in water the bamboo sticks for 30 minutes to avoid burning in the grill. Cut meat into bite size pieces. Mix all the ingredients. Marinate meat for at least 3-5 hours (overnight is the best). Skewer the marinated meat (shish kabob style) then broil in oven or BBQ in open fire grill. Baste meat with leftover marinade to keep from drying.
