Ingredients:
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 large onion, chopped
2 cups canned pork
¾ cup prepared barbecue sauce
5 hamburger rolls
Directions:
1. In large skillet, heat oil on low heat.
2. Add onion and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
3. Mix in pork and barbecue sauce and cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
4. Spoon barbecue mixture on bottom half of opened hamburger bun.
Makes approximately five (½ cup) servings
